Unity

May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me.  I have given them the glory that You gave Me, that they may be one as We are one.  I in them and You in Me - so that they may be brought to complete unity.  Then the world will know that You sent Me and have loved them even as You have loved Me.

John 17:21-23

Jesus prayed this prayer for you and me.  Our love for each other and unity bring glory to Him and the Father.  We are so much stronger when we are all pulling together instead of against each other.

We believe we achieve unity through worship, growth and mission.  Our unity will be evident in our prayer, fellowship and the way we conduct business.

Prayer

Prayer is both a privilege and responsibility.

If you have a prayer request and would like to share it anonymously with Pastor and staff or for us to share with the Church family, please note your preferences in an email to: connect@lansingfirstsouthern.com

Family Forum

We meet quarterly to discuss church family business, ministry updates and upcoming plans.  We are  transparent about our budget and the way we use our church resources.  We call these meetings "Family Forum" as they are an opportunity for our church family to come together and hear current information and whats being planned.

In December, we hold our annual meeting where we vote on the proposed budget for the coming year and confirm Pastor Advisory Team members.

Our next Family Forum meeting is set for December 13.   LFSBC ministries are alive and shining to further the Gospel of Christ!   See SHINE | Fall 2020 Ministry Reports
